Helcomin Refund & Return Policy

At Helcomin, we are committed to your wellness and satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your rights and the process to request a return, refund, or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Return period:
14 calendar days from the date of delivery for most products (e.g., sprays, pregnancy tests, dyes).

Condition of returns:
– Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
– Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., medication‑type sprays, pregnancy tests) must have intact seals and no evidence of use. Personalized or custom-packaged items are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to info@helcomin.nl within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Wait for a return approval and shipment instruction from us.

  4. Ship the product back within 7 days of approval, using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs:
– Borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (both outbound and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • In case of partial returns (only some items returned), refunds will cover only the returned items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage or packaging and your order number.

  • We will expedite a replacement or issue a full refund, covering all shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

  • Want a different product?

  • Follow the standard return process and, once approved, place a new order for the desired item(s).

  • We’ll refund the returned item per policy, and you’ll be responsible for shipping the new item.

6. Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used sprays, gels, or hygienic health items

  • Pregnancy tests or any product intended for single-use or personal hygiene

  • Clearance, sale, or final‑sale products

  • Custom or personalized products
